We provide a client portal for freelance web development services, including project tracking, communication, payment processing, and the QuackCoin rewards system.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your project agreement.
QuackCoin is a virtual currency within our platform. QuackCoins have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the QuackCoin system at any time.
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced for your project. The platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
